Options Trading Risks (0DTE Strategy)

Options trading involves unique and significant risks that may result in the complete loss of your investment:

• Total Loss of Premium: Options can expire worthless, resulting in 100% loss of the premium paid.
• Zero-Day Expiration (0DTE) Volatility: 0DTE options are particularly volatile and carry heightened risk. Price swings can be extreme and rapid.
• Time Decay (Theta): Options lose value as they approach expiration. For 0DTE options, this decay is accelerated and works against option buyers.
• Implied Volatility Risk: Changes in implied volatility can significantly impact option values, independent of the underlying price movement.
• Liquidity Risk: Some options may have wide bid-ask spreads, making it difficult to enter or exit positions at favorable prices.
• Complexity: Options are complex financial instruments. If you don't fully understand how they work, you should not trade them.

Small Cap and Momentum Trading Risks

Hypothetical Performance Limitations
