1Service Description

Trading Bots Pro provides trading automation software. You build a rule set yourself or start from one of our templates, connect your own brokerage account by API, and activate it. The software then places orders in your account only according to the rules and settings you have configured and activated. Our service includes:

• A rules builder for creating your own trading rules
• A library of editable templates, on plans that include it
• Dashboard for monitoring and configuration
• Integration with supported brokerages
• Customer support based on your subscription tier

Important: We provide software tools only. We are not a broker-dealer, investment advisor, or financial planner. We do not provide investment advice, and our software does not constitute a recommendation to buy or sell any security.

1.1 Templates

Templates are pre-built rule sets offered as starting points. They are not recommendations and are not tailored to you: the same templates are offered to every subscriber on a plan. Every rule in a template is visible to you before you use it, and you may switch components on or off and edit any setting. When you use a template, you are copying a snapshot into your own account. We never change your copy. When we improve a template, we release it as a new template that you may choose to adopt.

1.2 Your Configuration

You choose every rule and setting your bot runs, including position size and risk. The software requires certain fields and a verification step before a bot can trade a live account, and may show warnings that explain what a setting does. Those checks and warnings are not advice and do not mean a configuration is suitable for you.

1.3 Platform Safety Stops

To protect the platform and your account, the software may pause a bot or decline to send an order when it detects a technical fault, such as a lost data feed, broker API errors, or an order outside the limits you configured. A safety stop is a technical safeguard, not a trading decision or advice, and we will tell you when one happens. We do not guarantee that safety stops will prevent losses.

2Eligibility

To use Trading Bots Pro, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid brokerage account with a supported broker
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable laws
• Comply with all applicable securities laws and regulations

3Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information.

3.2 Brokerage API Credentials

To use our automation features, you must provide API credentials from your brokerage. By providing these credentials, you:

• Authorize the Trading Bots Pro software to place orders in your brokerage account only according to the rules and settings you have configured and activated
• Acknowledge that you are solely responsible for all trades executed
• Confirm that you have the authority to grant this access

3.3 Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach. We encrypt your credentials using AES-256-GCM encryption but cannot guarantee absolute security.

4Subscription and Payment

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer multiple subscription tiers with different features and pricing. Current plans and pricing are displayed on our website and are subject to change with notice.

4.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.

4.4 Refund Policy

Given the nature of our service and the immediate access to our software and template library, we generally do not offer refunds. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for technical issues that prevent service use.

5User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Monitor Your Account: Regularly monitor your brokerage account and trading activity
• Maintain Adequate Funds: Ensure sufficient funds and margin in your brokerage account
• Understand Risks: Read and understand our Risk Disclosure Statement
• Comply with Laws: Comply with all applicable laws and brokerage requirements, including pattern day trading rules if applicable
• Configure Properly: Properly configure your trading rules, position sizes and risk settings
• Review Templates: Review every rule in any template you use; a template is a starting point, not a recommendation
• Report Issues: Promptly report any technical issues or unusual behavior

6Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use our service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile our software, or copy, publish, share or resell our templates outside your own account
• Share your account or credentials with others
• Resell or redistribute our service
• Interfere with or disrupt our systems
• Use automated tools to access our service beyond normal usage
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

7Intellectual Property

All content, templates, software, trademarks, and other intellectual property associated with Trading Bots Pro are owned by us or our licensors. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our service for personal trading purposes only.

You may copy templates into your own account and edit them for your own personal trading. Apart from that, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our service or included software.

8Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We specifically disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the service will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors will be corrected
• The service will meet your requirements or expectations
• Any trading strategy will be profitable

9Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRADING BOTS PRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Trading losses or lost profits
• Loss of data or business interruption
• Technical failures or system downtime
• Actions of third parties, including brokerages

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN SUBSCRIPTION FEES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trading Bots Pro, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of our service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your trading activities
• Your violation of any third-party rights

11Service Modifications and Termination

11.1 Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our service at any time. We will endeavor to provide reasonable notice of significant changes.

11.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use our service ceases immediately. We will delete your API credentials within a reasonable timeframe. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

12Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12.2 Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules. The arbitration shall take place in Delaware, and the decision shall be final and binding.

12.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve any disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

13YouTube API Services

Our service uses YouTube API Services. By using Trading Bots Pro, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms. How we handle data from YouTube API Services is described in our Privacy Policy, which also links to the Google Privacy Policy.

14Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15General Provisions

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosure Statement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Trading Bots Pro.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
