You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach. We encrypt your credentials using AES-256-GCM encryption but cannot guarantee absolute security.
We offer multiple subscription tiers with different features and pricing. Current plans and pricing are displayed on our website and are subject to change with notice.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.
Given the nature of our service and the access to proprietary trading algorithms, we generally do not offer refunds. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for technical issues that prevent service use.

Upon termination, your right to use our service ceases immediately. We will delete your API credentials within a reasonable timeframe. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules. The arbitration shall take place in Delaware, and the decision shall be final and binding.
You agree to resolve any disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosure Statement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Trading Bots Pro.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
